Campaign to Win Back Customers  

Goal:
To promote an annual subscription to the hiking magazine WANDERN.CH as part of redesigning this publication and to address passive customers in order to persuade them to take out a subscription 

Solution:
To devise a dialog marketing campaign with the following elements:

  • Direct mail with stamped and addressed reply card 
  • Reminder e-mail 
  • Personal landing page where a gift subscription can be bought

Outcome:

  • Response of 8.1%
  • Personalized communication with the customers
  • Real-time measurement for a complete evaluation of the campaign’s success
  • Customer data acquired or added to
