To promote an annual subscription to the hiking magazine WANDERN.CH as part of redesigning this publication and to address passive customers in order to persuade them to take out a subscription

To devise a dialog marketing campaign with the following elements:
- Direct mail with stamped and addressed reply card
- Reminder e-mail
- Personal landing page where a gift subscription can be bought
